DR1 is a solid corrosion inhibitor developed for heating and cooling systems (closed-circuit air conditioning systems), contained in a water-soluble capsule.
DR1 contains molybdate, an organic corrosion inhibitor that protects yellow metals (copper, brass) and acts as a pH regulator.
