The goal is to finance a project by the MRE association.

RBM joins forces with GESEC to involve as many distributors as possible and increase the impact of the CSR initiative.

Specifically, all our French customers and distributors can take part in the initiative running from 01/11/2025 to 31/05/2026.

For every purchase of multilayer products references 10.01 and 10.02, RBM commits to donating an amount to the MRE association.

The minimum amount contributed by RBM will be €2,000, and it may reach up to €10,000 depending on participation.

The MRE association was founded in 1991 and is based in Barjols, in the Var department. Its mission is to acquire and share knowledge about water and aquatic environments, particularly through scientific outreach, research, and studies that support the development of expertise.

The association carries out activities such as:

• scientific outreach for all audiences
• environmental consulting: scientific monitoring, studies and inventories, research programs, publications, etc.
• participation in water and aquatic environment governance bodies

Why does RBM choose to support water?

Water is a vital resource for humanity. With increasingly frequent droughts, pollution, and climate change, water stress is now a reality: water resources may become scarce.

In the sanitary and heating sector, water is also essential. RBM has developed solutions to preserve it, such as the “stop leak” product, an electronic water leak detector, the anti-condensation filter, and the capsule for maintaining heat pumps without draining the water.

The project funded by RBM could be “Var 2050”, a forward-looking study to analyze climate change in the Var region and propose measures for water management, sharing, and conservation.

Note: the final project will be selected at the end of the initiative, based on the total amount collected and in agreement with MRE to address the most urgent funding needs.
