RBM CAPS

The essentials

Conventional liquid water treatment solutions (tanks, aerosols, metering pumps, etc.) present risks of leaks, overflows, overdosing, unsafe conditions, and complex logistics.

RBM CAPS offers a radically different alternative: solid water treatment.

RBM CAPS

The Solution

World’s first range of solid-form water treatment* for residential heating and air conditioning systems.

* Solid, compact and durable inhibitors, sludge removers and biocides.

Certified
performance

DR1 is NSF CIAS certified, the only solid corrosion inhibitor with NSF CIAS certification.

 • This certification guarantees:
 • Compatibility with materials (copper, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, multilayer)
 • Controlled anti-corrosion efficacy
 • Compliance with regulatory requirements
 • Absence of harmful substances released into the water

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF DR2 AND DR3

Dispersion Test: Tests performed on an installation consisting of an aluminum boiler and steel radiators (25 years old):

 • Dissolution in 15 minutes
 • Analysis after 1 hour of circulation
 • Checks at 24 hours and 5 days

Result: Significant reduction in sludge, deposits, and corrosion, with progressive stabilization of the system.
